  1.   Personal involvement within a team concept working with a
       team of professionals such as a realtor, architect, designer,
       dental equipment company, etc. This team effort approach
       often saves re-working of plans and design.  This will help
       insure your project in as cost effective as possible and
       completed in a timely manner.
 2.  Assisting in creating a budget for our client in order to give
       them the finest office yet insures the project is designed
       within their budget. Should we become involved in your
       project after plans are designed, we will confirm your budget
       and assist in cost saving design recommendations, if
       necessary
 3.  Working with the designers, architects, dental equipment
      company, etc., to insure our client receives the finest office
      design and construction in line with what they envision for
      their new office and within their desired budget
 4.  Keeping our client updated and informed during the entire
      construction process - from concept to completion.
 5.  Providing personal attention to each and every project to
       insure quality of workmanship and attention to every detail
       throughout the construction process, starting with initial
      meetings on through end of the job punch list - and beyond -
      to meet any needs that may arise in the future.

   - Coordination and scheduling of city inspections and special
      inspections
   - Assist the client with scheduling and coordination of
     equipment installation
   - Maintain quality control

Construction Completion
   - Walk-thru project with client
   - Obtain all finals and occupancy certificates
   - Prompt completion of all punch list items
